Health Tip: Limit ageing of the skin

Ageing is an inevitable part of growing older. However, certain factors can minimise the appearance of blotchy skin, age spots, and wrinkles. Limit the amount of alcohol you consume, quit smoking, avoid crash diets, increase intake of dietary antioxidants (whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables) and vitamin C and reduce saturated fats in diet. Manage your stress, get regular exercise, avoid harsh skin products, get enough rest, use sunscreen, avoid harsh winds and drink plenty of water.

Here, PA Sport looks at the Swiss star's journey to greatness, from winning his first Wimbledon crown to securing that elusive Roland Garros title:
1. Wimbledon 2003 - Federer, 21, produces a near-faultless display to beat Mark Philippoussis 7-6 (7/5) 6-2 7-6 (7/3) and claim his first grand-slam title. He had previously failed to get past the quarter-finals at a major.
2. Australian Open 2004 - Federer celebrates becoming world number one by outclassing Marat Safin 7-6 (7/3) 6-4 6-2 in what proves to be a one-sided final.
3. Wimbledon 2004 - For the second year in succession, Federer is brought to tears after winning Wimbledon, digging deep to come from behind and beat Andy Roddick 4-6 7-5 7-6 (7/3) 6-4 in a stuttering display.
4. US Open 2004 - Federer becomes the first man in history to win his first four grand-slam finals - and the first man in 16 years to claim three Majors in one year - with a 6-0 7-6 (7/3) 6-0 rout of Lleyton Hewitt, his first victory in New York.
5. Wimbledon 2005 - Federer completes a hat-trick of titles at SW19 with a devastating display to defeat Andy Roddick 6-2 7-6 (7/2) 6-4, labelling his performance "flawless" and the best in his life.
6. US Open 2005 - Federer dashes 35-year-old Andre Agassi's hopes of a fairytale victory in New York, defending his title with a 6-3 2-6 7-6 (7/1) 6-1 win.
7. Australian Open 2006 - Federer recovers from a poor start to sink unfancied Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis 5-7 7-5 6-0 6-2 for his second title in Melbourne.
8. Wimbledon 2006 - Federer takes his winning streak on grass to 48 matches by beating arch rival Rafael Nadal 6-0 7-6 (7/5) 6-7 (2/7) 6-3 for a fourth Wimbledon crown.
9. US Open 2006 - Federer become the first man in the Open era to win three successive titles Wimbledon and New York in the same years by downing Andy Roddick 6-2 4-6 7-5 6-1, moving past Agassi and Fred Perry in the list of grand-slam winners.
10. Australian Open 2007 - Federer becomes the first man since 1980 to win a grand slam without dropping a set as he sees off Fernando Gonzalez 7-6 (7/2) 6-4 6-4 for a third title in Melbourne.
11. Wimbledon 2007 - Federer emulates Bjorn Borg by winning a fifth straight title here, beating Nadal for the second year in succession in an epic five-setter - 7-6 (9/7) 4-6 7-6 (7/3) 2-6 6-2 - that lasted close to four hours.
12. US Open 2007 - Federer was given a tough test by Novak Djokovic but won 7-6 (7/4) 7-6 (7/2) 6-4, despite trailing by a break in each set. It was his fourth consecutive title in New York.
13. US Open 2008 - Federer recovers from his Roland Garros and Wimbledon heartbreak months earlier to win a fifth straight title at Flushing Meadows, beating Britain's Andy Murray 6-2 7-5 6-2 in the final as a second seed.
14. French Open 2009 - Federer grabs the elusive title at Roland Garros by beating surprise finalist Robin Soderling 6-1 7-6 (7/1) 6-4. The Swiss had lost the three previous finals to Nadal.

Todays Recipe: Badami Chicken

Ingredients :

1 whole chicken,cut into small pieces 1 cup yoghurt 6 onions, chopped 1 ginger 10 cloves of garlic 6 cloves 2 cinnamon cardamoms 10 cashewnuts 10 almonds 1 cup coconut milk ½ cup oil Salt to taste ½ tsp turmeric chilli powder to taste
Method :

Make a paste of the ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, cashews and almonds.Heat oil in a big vessel, add the chopped onions. Fry them till they turn golden. Then put the ground masala and fry very well.While frying this paste, add 3-4 tbsp of water you will notice that oil floats on top.Now add the yoghurt and the chicken.Season it well with salt, haldi and chilli powder.Cook for 10 mins, then add the coconut milk.Cook till done, garnish with coriander leaves

Boyle has approached Aamir Khan

The new buzz in the Bollywood town is that the Oscar winner director of Slumdog Millionaire Danny Boyle has approached Aamir Khan to work in his next film. Boyle saw Aamir’s Taare Zameen Par and was impressed by Aamir’s work. Boyle was keen to work with Aamir since then and expressed his desire to the actor during the premiere of his film Slumdog…. in India.
It’s only when Aamir returned to Mumbai from foreign trip with his kids and received call from the director. Boyle was in Mumbai to help the child actors of his film Slumdog…. Rubina Ali and Azharuddin Ismail Shaikh.

Preity will sell her cricket team ??

Preity Zinta who added glamour with her presence at her IPL cricket matches is going to take tough decisions within a couple of months. The 2009 IPL season ended in a bitter note for Preity as the profits margin was almost nil for the pretty actress.

SRK become the baddie of 'DHOOM 3'

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to become the baddie of DHOOM sequel. ‘Dhoom 3’ which is going to be made in a couple of month’s time will have SRK playing the role of a villain in the movie. After John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan playing the roles of villains in DHOOM 2 and 1, it is the turn of SRK this time.
Yash Raj films approached King Khan recently with the role.
SRK heard the one line narration about the story and his character and immediately nodded to play the villain character. The kin Khan started his film career with a villainous character in Baazigar and Daar which brought him into the limelight of the Hindi film industry.
So, now again the bollywood badshah will play the role of a baddie in the movie DHOOM 3 which will also have priyanka chopra in a cameo role

Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori starrer much hyped movie Kites is set to be released soon.According to the premier reports, Kites is an international film shot in the US, in English, with a Mexican actress. There is no Bollywood song-and-dance. There is dance, but it is realistic, not Bollywood style.
Before its release, the movie is the talk of the town due to love story and smooching scene of Hrithik and Barbara Mori.
Even, it’s being said that Hrithik is facing some trouble on the family front due to his love story.
